The short version
We do not sell your data. We never have. We collect what we need to answer you, deliver what you paid for, and run the site — and nothing else.

What we collect, and why
Your name and email — when you buy, book, or join the email list. We use it to deliver the thing and to talk to you about it. Legal basis: the contract with you, or your consent.
Your billing details — when you pay. These are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Legal basis: the contract with you.
The music and files you send us — when you buy a service, so we can do the work. Legal basis: the contract with you.
Your answers to the intake questions — when you buy or book, so we can prepare properly. Legal basis: the contract with you.
Your email address — when you ask for the free chapter, so we can send it and email you afterwards. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your Instagram username and the message you send — when you comment a keyword or send us a direct message, so we can reply. Legal basis: your consent.
Basic site statistics — when you visit, so we can see what works. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site.

Who else processes it
Bandzoogle hosts this site and the email list.
Stripe takes payment and issues receipts and invoices.
Google runs the calendar, the video calls, the email account we reply from, and the site statistics.
Meta and ManyChat — only where you started the conversation on Instagram, and for advertising measurement.
Amazon — only for printed books, where Amazon is the seller.
Each of these is a company in its own right with its own privacy policy. Some are outside the EU; those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the job, and then as long as tax and commercial law requires — in Germany, generally up to ten years for anything attached to an invoice. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. Email info@sevadmusichouse.com and we will answer.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link inside it.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

Cookies and tracking
Some cookies are necessary for this site to work, and are always set.
Beyond those, this site currently runs Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and the Meta advertising pixel. Those services set their own cookies in your browser to measure visits and advertising. Bandzoogle also records basic visit statistics.
You can refuse or remove all of them at any time in your browser settings or with a tracker blocker, and Google publishes its own opt-out add-on for Analytics.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, for any purpose.
