SEVAD is Steven Davis, a Jamaican-born independent reggae artist, singer-songwriter, performer, and producer based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Blending reggae with elements of soul, Afrobeat, and contemporary music, SEVAD creates songs rooted in perseverance, love, purpose, culture, and lived experience. His work reflects both his Jamaican foundation and the realities of building an independent life and career in music.

A former lead singer of Step by Step Band, SEVAD developed his craft through years of performing, including an appearance at Rebel Salute in Jamaica. Today, he releases music through SEVAD MUSIC HOUSE, the independent ecosystem he founded to connect music, direct fan relationships, creative ownership, merchandise, education, and community.

His recent releases include “Wake Up and Live,” “Unstoppable” featuring Mad Sam, and “Troding on the King’s Highway” with House of Riddim.
