Nothing physical ships from this website. We sell services and digital products, so there is nothing to post back — this page is about cancelling, not returning. Paperback and hardcover books are sold and shipped by Amazon, so Amazon's own returns policy applies to those, not this one.

Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day the contract is made — for us, the day your payment is confirmed.

How to cancel

A clear statement is enough. You do not need a form, an account or a reason. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up.

What happens when you cancel
We will reimburse every payment we received from you, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are told. We will refund to the same payment method you used, and it will cost you nothing.

Where the right ends early — and this is the important part
Before you pay, you tick a box. That box does two things: it asks us to start straight away, and it records that you understand what starting straight away means. Here is what it means, in full.
Once the work is finished, your right to cancel is gone.
If you cancel while the work is part-way done, you pay for the part we have already done — an amount proportionate to what has been provided, measured against the full scope of what you bought.

What that looks like, service by service
The strategy call — the call is the service. Once it has taken place it is fully performed, and the right is gone.
A song breakdown, a mix, a master, a production — the right ends completely once the work has been fully delivered. Cancel before that and you owe a proportionate amount for the work done up to the moment you tell us.
Artist development and artist marketing — the same rule applies to the sessions held or the campaign work already carried out. Both can also be cancelled going forward at any time, with no minimum term.
Digital products — for a download such as the book PDF, the right ends the moment the download starts, because you asked for it immediately and acknowledged losing the right.

If you were never asked to tick that box
Then none of the section above applies to you, and your full 14 days stand.

If something is wrong
This is separate from cancelling. If what we deliver does not match what was promised, tell us and we will fix it. That is not a favour, it is the service.
