WHAT HAPPENED
MITC launched Pay It Forward, a fully funded health package for eligible tour teams worldwide. It aims to support up to 50 tours a year with a workshop, occupational-health consultation, 10 confidential online check-ins and resources. Applications for October–December tours close September 30.

WHY INDEPENDENT ARTISTS SHOULD CARE
Smaller tours face the same pressure with less support. Around 10 dates is a guide; shorter intensive runs may qualify.
